Instant pot okinawan sweet potato


My wife started a "cleanse" and sweet potatoes are on the list of approved foods. I bought some Okinawan sweet potatoes, cut them into 4-5 pieces, then layered them in the Instant Pot. There's no good consensus on the internet for how long to cook these, so I made them for 10 minutes at pressure with 10 minutes NPR. Came out fine, just how I would like it in the imu!
