Instant pot ribs 2

Falling off the bone tender. I think it was 30 minutes at pressure with maybe 10 minutes NPR. Then brushed with BBQ sauce, browned under the broiler 2 minutes on the back, 2 minutes on the top, recoat, 2 more minutes on the top.

Salmon with instant pot uala and broccoli

Uala was 8 minutes because they were skinny. Nice and soft. Broccoli was 2 minutes with the leftover uala water. Very soft. Salmon on the grill tonight for smoky taste. 120 degrees on instant read.

Punjabi chicken curry

Used up some leftover spinach to make this dish. Could use a little more coconut milk next time. Recipe from Indian Instant Pot cookbook.

Salmon and edamame rice

Frozen salmon sous vided at 121 degrees then broiled for a little browning. 

Chicken Chile verde

Made with fresh chiles and tomatillos in the Instant Pot. Great flavor. Recipe from Serious Eats.

Japanese lamb curry

Came out tender and delicious in the Instant Pot. Really nice change from the usual beef or chicken.
